Questionnaire

We ask the client to complete a framed questionnaire, Quotation enquiry details, which gives us an overview of operations, what you do, turn over and how many people are involved.

 

Quotation & Finalization of Contract

Based on the information in the quotation enquiry questionnaire, we decide the exact costs for designing your system implementation.   We submit these in a firm quotation that fully details the consultancy activities.

On finalization of contract, the original contract copy will be with client and photocopy will be with us.

 

Gap Analysis

Our Consultants visit your site(s) and assesses the degree of compliance of your operations with your own documentation.

We produce a written report, which outlines the extent of compliance with both your documentation and the standard, and detail any problem areas that require correction.

 

Document Designing , Training  & Implementation

At this stage we open a client's file. In this we file up the details of Gap Analysis report.

We start training at client's premises and design the client's documents as per the standard's requirements. After training we also review the effectiveness of training imparted to employees through actual implementation.

 

Audits

After implementation of systems we review the level of implementation by conducting internal audits.  

After reviewing the reports of  audits we make disposition actions, corrective and preventive actions.

 

Certification Audits

After audits we ask you to submit the manuals & other appropriate document to certification body. They review the documents and blocks the final certification dates accordingly. On the recommendation of certificate here job of certification process in completed.

 

After Certification Services

These services are as our clients requirements. In this case we make annual maintenance /service contract. In this we help our client to improve monitoring system or gaining more profits through improvement projects including mistake proofing.
